Although this website may appear to be a joke Stephen Harper and
his Federal Conservative Party is far from it. His party is angry,
backward and stubborn. They promise to undo 100 years of progress and
move this country in a direction that its citizen have reason to fear
— with their life.
Stephen Harper and his conservatives medicate their lack of support
by riding on the wave of corruption that has recently infected federal
politics in this country. A wave of corruption that the party does
everything in its power to amplify. Their hope is to trick Canadians
into focussing so heavily on how bad competition is, that they distract
attention away from their own extreme agenda. This is highly
reminscent of the rise of Palpatine to power in the fictional Star
Wars. In those stories an ambitious senator manipulates things
behind the scenes to make the current government appear weak and
corrupt. Later he emerges as a dark and tyranical totalitarian leader
with ideas contradictory the republic he rules.
The following points recap some of the Conservatives' ideas an action,
as well as, for the less imaginative, illustrates some of the extreme
possibilities of a Stephen Harper Conservative Government. Do not pass
these off as too fantastic. Ontario has a long memory of a Mike Harris
who did not soften his line onces elected. Mike Harris may had been a
fiscal tyrant, but can Canada afford a moralistic version? When
Harris' successor Ernie Eves put too much power in the hands of the
police, preached against Gay Marriage and promised to bring back the
death penalty even Harris threw his support behind McGinty. Make
no mistake. Harper will thrust head long into issues that Eves would
shy away from in a second. He is a madman in a party of madmen.
- Stephen Harper's conservative party is a moralistic faith-based
organization that cares nothing about Canada's multicultural society
or our economic well being.
- In the last election the conservative party came within a hair
of forming a government. Harper wants an election called immediately
because he believes he has the support to become Prime Minister.
- The conservative party is based on a sexually annorexic
puritanical Christian doctorine that is entirely focused on linking
sex with sin while ignoring other Christian teachings such as those
against astrology or forgiveness without the need for pennance.
- In an era when inner city children carry guns to school, Stephen
Harper is so concerned about our children's safety that he promised scrap
the gun registry for financial reasons. He did however feel
frightened enough about sex that he was sure we'd all agree that a
sex offenders registry was worth the investment. This is a classic
example of Harper's fixation on oppressing sexual behaviour.
- The Conservative party is almost unanimous in its opposition to gay
marriage. A Conservative Government would not only reverse Gay Marriage
legislation, it would ban divorce and sex acts outside of marriage.
- A Conservative Government would ban all sex acts outside of
vaginal sex. Sex for pleasure would be official discouraged as would
the use of contraception.
- Gays and lesbians would be required to register as sex
offenders. They would be banned from parenting even their own
children and not allowed to work in schools or daycare.
- Did you know that the Conservatives support laws that would
discourage people with serious sexual behaviour disorders like
pedophiles from seeking medical help? It also takes action to
suppress academic information about these disorders from the public.
- The conservative party's policies would radically increase the
number of people incarcerated in Canada, something with an intrinsic
economic as well as social cost. The conservative party is so
concerned about this that they support legislation to remove the
rights of inmates to vote, increasing their power to use an iron fist
to keep themselves in office once elected.
- A Conservative Government would take action if possible to
ammend the constitution and remove any charter right that could
contradict their anti-sex religiously inspired legislation.
- The Conservatives would use threats such as terrorism as an
excuse to bulster military and police spending and then take action
against countries or individuals that threaten their authority or hold views
contrary to their fundamentalist ideas. Local police chiefs would be
given broad powers and become more like military governors than
protectors of public safety.
- The Conservative party claims its top concern is about
protecting children from even the most minor unwanted sex act, yet do
not condemn neonatal male circumcision, a sexual mutilation with
largely discredited medical value, simply because it fits their
Judeo-Christian world view.
This is only a sample of the sorts of things that the future might
hold if Canadians do nothing to oppose the Conservatives. Every
election that they have existed, the Reform — Alliance —
Conservatives have gained seats, power and influence.
Only you can halt this tragedy before it begins. In the next
election, vote for the party in your riding most likely to win against
the Conservative.
